Through heateam Commercial Service you can now sign up to a tailored servicing contract for your entire plant, designed to look after all your heating and hot water needs, including LZC technologies. And, if your installation includes a mix of our products and other manufacturer’s equipment, we have the training and expertise to service this for you as well!
Andrews brought its first direct-fired water heaters to the UK market in the 1970s and has been the No.1 supplier now for many years. Potterton Commercial boilers have been manufacturerd since the late 1800s and remain one of the foremost names in the market today. Both brands have extensive product ranges and have recently added complementary LZC solutions, such as solar thermal, heat pumps and heat boxes. Baxi-SenerTec UK markets the Dachs, Europe’s biggest selling mini-CHP unit and, with all the new legislation to encourage installation of renewable technology, the number of installations is growing in the UK.
As many of you will know, we actively seek to be involved at the earliest stage of any project that involves integrating high efficiency boilers and water heaters with LZC technologies to ensure, right from the design stage, that the installation will perform to maximise energy savings and reduce carbon emissions. Our Technical Services Department is renowned for providing the support services you need once you have purchased our products. From assembly and commissioning through to service, including our technical call centre, everything is provided by a fully trained workforce. With a new heateam Commercial Service contract, you can now keep your equipment operating at its best for its full product lifecycle.
These individually tailored service contracts enable us to carry out the regular servicing of our equipment at your site that requires regular maintenance. This can be completed annually or at other regular intervals, depending on product type, system design and usage of equipment. When we service the equipment we proactively replace consumable components, ensuring the products continue to operate effectively. It also entitles you to the additional support of future reduced labour rates and reduced prices on any spare parts required as long as you stay on our service contract. For additional peace of mind, we automatically send you a reminder ahead of the time when your next service is due and provide you with a named point of contact.
The new heateam Commercial Service coverage is UK wide, utilising our own engineers supported by manufacturer trained agents.
